OSTEOPATHY
45 minute New Patient Consultation - £48 / 30 minute follow up treatment - £42

Osteopaths use a hands on approach to healthcare and are trained to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions for all ages. We aim to restore your bodys balance and assist your natural healing process by improving your structure and function.

The consultation allows time for us to listen to your symptoms and medical history before we evaluate your posture, your movements and use orthopaedic testing to reach a diagnosis before starting your treatment.

We use a variety of techniques tailored to your specific needs, including massage, joint manipulation, muscle stretching, acupuncture and ultrasound, followed by rehabilitation and advice.

 

SPORTS AND REMEDIAL MASSAGE
1 hour - £46 / 30 minutes - £36

Sports and Remedial massage is a treatment of your soft tissues (muscles, ligaments and tendons). It aims to improve the suppleness and flexibility of muscles and joints using techniques such as deep tissue massage, stretching and rehabilitation.

The massage is tailored to your specific needs, whether thats treating your muscles during any phase of your sports training and/or injury, as well as injury prevention, or to simply help reduce chronic muscle tension and the associated symptoms.

 

MUSCULOSKELETAL / SPORTS THERAPY
1 hour - £46 / 30 minutes - £36

Sports Therapists are healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills and ability to assess, treat and prevent injury to your joints and soft tissues.

Providing treatment to a wide range of symptoms regardless of your age or sporting ability with the use of rehabilitation and injury prevention programmes.

We aim to achieve your optimum level of function whether for everyday living or sports specific.

 

SPECIALIST PHYSIOTHERAPIST in Neurology and Vestibular Rehabilitation
45 minute consultation, written report and exercise programme - £70 (+ £10 for home visit)

Neurological Physiotherapy helps to positively modify the message pathways that your brain and nervous system is struggling to use, to make new pathways through repetitive actions and exercise. It can improve symptoms such as difficulties with balance and posture, the loss of hand and arm, or leg and foot function, improve walking quality and speed and reduce spasms and pain.

Your assessment and treatment will be specific to your needs and aims to support you on a path to improvement and management.

 

AUDIOLOGY
1 hour - Hearing tests and follow up appointments are all completely FREE, payments are only for prescriptions if you require them.

Your hearing is tested by wearing headphones and listening to variety of sounds to see how you respond to different pitches or frequencies, and we’ll discuss the results with you straight away. If its good we’ll arrange a check up in a year or so and if we find any hearing loss we’ll advice on the next steps and help find a solution that best suits you.
